Diversity as business chance - inter 3 signs Diversity Charta

Since its foundation, inter 3 pursues an own diversity strategy: its staff is a mixture of male and female employees from various cultural and scientific backgrounds. This diversity is also reflected in the board of managers. A diverse business culture is not only regarded as an internal success model: in many projects inter 3 can convincingly encourage and support the smooth integration of migrants into small and medium enterprises.

Signing the Charta der Vielfalt, inter 3 commits itself to continuously implement diversity in the company. It is a fundamental commitment to the economic benefit of diversity and tolerance, fairness and appreciation in the working environment and in society. By signing the Charta, companies and organizations assure to treat and respect all employees equally – regardless of their gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or conviction, disability, age, sexual orientation or identity.
