The water sector in the arab region is developing rapidly and there is a need for fundamental reforming processes which are either implemented or going to be prepared. In many cases the socio-demographic and economic conditions are not paving the way for a smooth transition. In many cases there is no acceptance for reforming processes. inter 3 develops water and wastewater concepts which are culturally and regionally adaptable. Target is achieving the acceptance for technical and organizational innovations and there sustainable implementation.
