Dr. Susanne Schön

Susanne Schön is co-founder and managing director of the inter 3 Institute for Resource Management.

Susanne Schön has several years of experience in the development, coordination and integration of results of application-oriented, interdisciplinary research projects. She is a Political Science graduate and holds a PhD in Sociology. She has combined her skills and findings to a inter 3-specific innovation management.

To make science effective is the utmost aim of Susanne Schön’s innovation management. The translation of scientific findings into social and economic practice is at the center of her work. She uses her dual capacity as scientist and business woman, she cuts complex contexts to manageable measures, methods and tools – always goal-orientated, but never simplifying.

Currently, Susanne Schön coordinates the accompanying scientific project for the BMBF funding priority Innovation Groups for Sustainable Land Management. In this project, Dr. Schön and her team coach innovation groups in the development of solutions that are ready for implementation and in the preparation of the implementation process.

Such innovation training – as a whole or in modules – can be booked by research teams who attach importance to the goal-orientated development of sustainable solutions and who want to prepare and ensure the implementation of their solutions in an optimal way.
