Intersectional awareness as the key to transformation: Gesine Wilbrandt is an environmental scientist with a master's degree in global change management. Her concern is to make interactions of social structures, group affiliations and individual socialization visible and to use them as a driver for social change. The professional focus of her work is on urban development, mobility, anti-discrimination work and participation. In these areas, inter 3 clients can benefit from her intersectional perspective and co-creative methodological knowledge.

What drives me? To shape urban development in a participatory, inclusive and community-oriented way.

Gesine Wilbrandt studied Environmental Sciences and Spatial Sciences with a focus on sustainability policy at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg and completed the international Master in Global Change Management at the University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde.

As a former neighborhood manager, Gesine Wilbrandt brings applied knowledge in the field of social and spatial district development as well as cooperative and participatory project development. The passionate cyclist joined the inter 3 team in June 2022.
