Nothing is more detrimental to organisational learning than continued success: ­Prof. Dr. Meinolf Dierkes' wide-ranging ­expertise includes early conceptualisations of social and ecological balance sheets­, technology assessment, organisational ­culture ­and organisational learning, ­and transformation processes ­in ­different cultural contexts.
