Julius Häfner has been completing his voluntary ecological year at inter 3 since September 2025. As part of his work, he supports the team with research, graphic design tasks and ongoing projects. He has already been involved in an urban development project and is currently immersing himself in sustainability consulting topics. He is particularly interested in how ecological responsibility and strategic corporate development can be combined.

Julius Häfner completed his secondary education at Paulsen Gymnasium in Berlin-Steglitz, specialising in geography and chemistry, where he developed an in-depth understanding of ecological systems and scientific analysis processes. During his school years, he also served as school representative for one year, gaining initial experience in organising and coordinating projects, as well as in communicating with teachers, school administrators and students.
