The COMPAIR citizen science project is entering its final phase. The great thing is that since then, the participating citizens and scientists have gathered a lot of experience and data on air and traffic quality. In three new articles, we want to take you with us to get a taste of citizen science - without any particulate matter, of course.
Citizen science experiences from COMPAIR in a radio interview, blog post, webinar
In an interview with the citizen science platform mit:forschen! Gemeinsam Wissen schaffen, citizen scientist Brigitta Ulrichs talks about her experiences at COMPAIR.
Julian Schollmeyer - another citizen scientist involved in the project - also has his say in the Deutschlandfunk programme and, alongside project coordinator Gesine Wilbrandt and the citizen science institutions with mit:forschen! Gemeinsam Wissen schaffen and Wissenschaft im Dialog describe his experiences during the project.
The recorded webinar on the learning moments and challenges of the project on the part of the scientists also promises exciting insights. Here you can also learn more about the other pilot cities in the COMPAIR project - Athens, Plovdiv, Sofia, the Flanders region and Berlin report from their real-life laboratories with air and traffic measurements with citizens.
