On June 21 and 22, 2022, a workshop will be held at Ferdowsi University in Mashhad, Iran, as part of the DEBEC project. inter 3 water expert Ali Besalatpour has been invited to present study results on the relationship between water stress and climate change together with Mohammad Reza Farzanegan and Sven Fischer from Philipps University Marburg. The workshop will take place as a face-to-face event.

The DEBEC project examines the causes and effects of climate change in Iran, particularly with regard to water resources. The workshop will focus on identifying possible solutions to the problems caused by climate change that can be found in the field of water stress management. The project is funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research & MSRT.
