Evaluating projects

Measuring progress and effectiveness

You have ambitious goals but limited resources - that is the normal case, so to speak. You do your best and want to know if and how your best actually works and has an effect. In order to be able to do even better, if necessary. And to be able to show what you have achieved and its effects.

Multi-perspective, systematic, pragmatic

Resources for an evaluation are also (usually very) limited. With a mixture of standardised methodology, clear focus and individual design, we nevertheless produce robust results and without the evaluation becoming more expensive than the evaluated project or programme.

  • With impact analyses, we show you exactly what has been received and triggered by whom and what you could do better. This is useful for project or programme evaluations.
  • With the Solution Readiness Level, we help you to bring your sustainability solution to a concretely describable stage of development. This is useful for R&D projects that want to offer users solutions that are as ready for application as possible and to demonstrate their phenomenal progress to the funder.
