Too good for the drawer: Susanne Schön has been observing for years how scientific potential and solutions are given away because researchers cannot make the leap from systematic-analytical thinking to pragmatic-strategic action. They don't have to be able to: After all, they are researchers. But if the gap between science and practice is not bridged, the solutions will remain inconsequential. Too bad. With transdisciplinary innovation management, Susanne Schön supports R&D projects in developing solutions that are ready for application and by preparing their implementation – doing so as early as within the project term.
Susanne Schön has helped shape inter 3 from the beginning as a spin-off from the Technical University in 1999 and is managing partner. Previously, she was managing director of the Centre for Technology and Society at the TU Berlin. She holds a degree in political science and a doctorate in sociology.
