The brochure entitled "Something grows on the roof" provides practical tips for the implementation of rooftop greenhouses in the city. Experts, decision-makers and citizens are supported in implementing their concepts with recommendations for action and a checklist.

As part of the research project, researchers from the Leibniz Center for Agricultural Landscape Research (ZALF) e.V., together with the Institute for Urban and Regional Planning at the Technical University of Berlin (ISR) and inter 3, investigated the conditions for inner-city fruit and vegetable cultivation on buildings. Using Berlin as an example, the project worked with Berlin stakeholders to identify potentials, obstacles and necessary framework conditions for the realization and dissemination of rooftop greenhouses.
